Shipping Options :
All orders for in stock items placed Monday through Friday before 4:00pm PST will ship the same day. We do not require a minimum order. We will get you what you need when you need it. We offer fast and economical shipping using a choice of UPS, FedEx, USPS or Truck.
For any shipments over 150 lbs. we suggest shipping via Truck; such as FedEx Freight or UPS Freight and we will get the best rates possible. Do you have a collect trucking account with another company? We can handle that for you as well. Simply provide us with the name and phone number of the company and we will do the rest.
With fulfillment centers in California and Michigan, most regular ground shipments will reach your door within 1 to 3 days! If you need it sooner, we offer a choice of several express shipping methods. Ask about our low rates on Priority Overnight shipments from FedEx!
How do I return an item?
RETURNS:
Please fill out our online Return Authorization Form prior to sending merchandise back to us. (Click Here)
We want your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, however, prior to usage, you are not satisfied, please submit our online Return Authorization Form or call our Customer Service Department. No merchandise will be accepted without a Return Authorization number (RA) and original packing list or invoice. Please obtain a RA from Customer Service Representative prior to returning any material. Any claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
All authorized returns must be shipped prepaid in the original box unless otherwise advised. No merchandise will be accepted that has been Special Ordered or held by the customer for more than 30 days. We reserve the right to determine whether the material is eligible for credit. Credit can only be given for products that can be returned to stock.
Returns are subject to a restocking charge of 20%, however, many manufacturers have a higher re-stocking charge, in which case the higher re-stocking charge will apply.
For items that cannot be returned via designated package carrier, call us so that we may attempt to arrange for return transportation. Please reference your customer or invoice number to expedite claims. Items damaged in transit must be reported immediately to your local UPS, FedEx or common carrier office.
RETURNS ON MEASURING TOOLS, HARD JAWS AND BOOKS
Measuring tools and hard jaws can be exchanged for the same item only. Please make sure that you are ordering the correct measuring tool or hard jaw for your application. If damaged or defective, we will gladly exchange measuring tools or hard jaws for the exact same item to ensure your satisfaction.
No credit will be given; exchanges will be for the exact same part only. There are no returns or exchanges on Books, all sales are final.
